My name is Yoko.I studied baking and cooking at cooking studio run by Nissin Seifun Group Inc, in Tokyo, Japan. Upon moving to Toronto on 2000, I worked at Lily Japanese Restaurant located in Greek Town as a Patissier. Ever since, Tofu Cheese cake and Plum wine jelly are two of my popular items on my menu.
In 2003 , I established SUGAR SOUL PASTRY INC.
company to put my passion for baking into reality.
